This is a bible study on the subjects of Apostasy and Heresy. Most may be very surprised to see what and whom God labels as apostates and heretics. We examine the New Covenant teaching on this through an exegetical analysis of key Greek words on the Subject.

The Greek terms analyzed are Apostasi translated as apostasy, forsake and falling away; Aphistemi translated as depart, abstain, fall away, leave and withdraw; Skandalizo translated as offend and offense, stumble and cause to stumble or fall away; hairesis translated as heresy, factions, sects; Planao translated as deceived, gone astray, mistaken, misguided, wandered and misled; Achisma and Schizo translates as schism, division, tear, divided, rend, split and opened.
